Current Openings

Client Care Coordinator

Responsible for reaching out to established patients to provide excellent support and ongoing education while getting acclimated to therapy. Our care coordinators also help to ensure that patients are comfortable with their equipment and compliant with any insurance guidelines.

Client Service Representative

Responsible for collecting patient information and initiating the patient life cycle. The expectation of this position is to provide a first class service experience, with every patient and/or physician interaction.

Insurance and Benefits Representative

Responsible for verifying insurance information, obtaining authorization for patient services, and providing a benefit breakdown for patients. Our team will ensure that patients are well informed and well cared for.

Insurance AR Representative

Responsible for generating/reviewing billing and processing claims filed to our patient’s insurance company. The AR reps make sure that our patients’ carriers pay their contracted responsibility in regards to Sleep Data services and therapies.
